Come get your groove on in this super high-energy hip hop class. You’ll learn lots of funky combinations for fun and exercise. Both men and women are welcome in this class. Wear loose clothing and sneakers.
Ballroom / Swing
If you’ve always wanted to learn the basics of ballroom dancing, you’ll love this amazing class. We’ll introduce you to the waltz and east coast swing in a relaxing, stress-free atmosphere. Special requests will be taken in class for Latin dance or two-step. You’ll need a partner for this class.
It’s urban, it’s street, it’s diverse & forever changing! Hip-hop combines elements of house, poppin’, lockin’ and breakin’—as well as freestyle movement—so you can develop their own sense of style. Learn proper body placement, positioning, weight shifts and more!
Beginner and intermediate tappers flock to these popular, high-energy classes. If you have always loved tap, now is the time to learn or improve your skills. It’s great exercise and a lot of fun! Tap shoes are required.
Adult Tap/Jazz II
This intermediate level class allows dancers to continue training in tap and jazz with stretch and strength incorporated. Get a great workout and have fun while you are at it! Tap and jazz shoes are required.
Reduce tension and gain strength, flexibility, and inner calm through the ancient art of yoga. This class allows you to progress at your own pace—regardless of fitness level—as you practice basic yoga postures, breathing techniques and guided deep relaxation. Please bring a yoga mat and beach towel.
Teacher Becky Holsen is a Registered Yoga Instructor who began studying yoga to relieve pain caused by scoliosis. Along the way she discovered yoga’s vast potential for healing body, mind and spirit. Becky enjoys helping students discover their own healing potential.
